Job Description:
• To assess all types of risk (related to the obligor and the facilities/
transactions) in the financing requests presented by the Business line
(via CP)
• To control if the proposed facilities / transactions are in accordance
with BNPP credit policy & in coherence with CBE regulations
• To recommend amendments in the structure and securities or
supports whenever appropriate in coherence with the bank’s risk policy
• To assess risk development, examine the Counterparty risk rating,
the GRR SU and the facilities GRR within the framework of BNPP
Credit & Rating Policies, and also examine RAROC simulations
• To give opinion on the risk & the profitability of a credit file by writing
a recommendation duly supported and clearly expressed
• Represent the credit risk department in the independent analysis
with the Business line
• To collect global market / economic information required for the
proper assessment of counterparties within the assigned portfolio of
business sectors
• To help in the preparation of the report of files approved above
local delegation for Board of Directors ratification during the quarterly
board meetings
Job Qualifications:
• Ability to carry out a full financial analysis
• Familiarity with BNPP core banking system
• Updated economic / market knowledge
• Familiarity with the range of BNP Paribas financing, products & services
• Basic knowledge of the legal aspects of credit
• Ability to compose a synthetic analysis
• Ability to measure and assess risks pertaining to credit decisions
• Strong knowledge of BNPP Internal rating & risk management tools

Job description:
• Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to customers to
achieve his/her branch and personal target and maximize bank profits
• Develop opportunities to increase the sales production of the branch
• Conduct sales calls for potential and existing clients in view of the
bank policies, standards
• Solve any problems concerning clients and A/O’s & R.S.O’s staff
with other departments
• Establish and develop relationship with clients to introduce the
bank services in view of the client needs
• Identify the training needs of his/her branch staff to improve the
quality of service
• Follow up & implement approval files with the concerning departments
• Prepare and supervise Sales plan concerning new clients in all
sectors and ensure implementation
• Implement the marketing strategies of the bank, to maximize bank profit
• Ensure that the necessary reports are submitted to the management
• Daily review & follow up borrower accounts of delinquent accounts
• Assist and Deputize branch Manager during his leave
• Ensure that the Retail Officers staff always keep the bank policies
and procedures in force
• Supervise, monitor, and control the activities of productivity of the
Retail Officers to achieve the budgeted sales

Job Description:
• Identify, recommend and market well-reputed new prospects in line
with the bank development strategy and to turn them into customers
in order to increase banks market share & profitability
• Contribute to the achievement of the budget objectives to meet
individually assigned objectives in order to enhance bank’s market
share within appropriate risk level
• Prepare, and review all required reports and KYC forms to ensure
that all transactions are adhered to the bank’s policies & procedures
• Receive, handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely
manner to maintain or increase customer satisfaction
• Be responsible for the timely preparation, accuracy, & completeness
of existing clients’ credit memos within deadline as well as presentation
of the new credit memos for prospects in a proactive way to ensure
smooth flow of circuits and meeting clients need in proper timely
manner
• Receive & Advise customers and non-customers in order to satisfy
their needs & build a long-term business relationship with them
• Cross-sell other bank’s products & services to maximize bank’s profitability
• Monitor outstanding and follow clients to detect and potential
business development in order to enhance bank’s profitability
• Alert management on any deterioration or potential deterioration
of the credit risk, resulting from late payment or otherwise (negative
market information), and to recommend and implement promptly the
necessary corrective actions in order to safeguard bank’s rights and
avoid any losses

Job Description:
• Enhances teamwork, motivates, and manages the staff to ensure
accomplishment of their professional goals.
• Keeps abreast of market trends whether heading for recession,
tight liquidity, and local currency exchange rate fluctuations … etc
• Adhere and implement the bank policies and objectives
• Adhere and follow of local laws and banking regulations
• Support the Retail Staff in Achieving their targets by providing them
with leads and references
• To keep non-earning assets as well as operating costs at a
