• Design of instructional materials for training designs and participant
material
• Responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to Training
& Development
• Conducting, Compile, and Grade examinations
• Maintain Participants’ attendance records, grades, and other
required records
• Very good Language skills with extensive knowledge in using
Power point
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Prefer at least 3 years experience as an instructor
• TOT certificate is a must
