This position is an excellent opportunity for the ideal candidate looking to further their experience in working for an international company. This role may involve working from home contacting international clients. Therefore an excellent telephone manner and ability to make sales is essential.
This role is very dynamic and varied, with many challenges on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate must be excellent with time-keeping, be self motivated and have the ability to deal with difficult clients around the globe. Being able to keep business customers satisfied and also being able to negotiate in the English medium are key skills needed for this role.
Working hours and days may vary as required.
Salary: To be negotiated and may be mostly comission based.
Starting: Immediately
Key Skills:
- Excellent written and oral command of English Language.
(FLUENT ENGLISH IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL AS YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ideally, previous sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office application use (in-particular word and excel)
- Good with numbers.
- Good Experience in dealing with non-Egyptians.
- Self motivated.
- As we are an international company, a non-smoker is preferred.
