3. Call Center Agents

3.1. University Graduate
3.2. Minimum 1 year Experience

4. Call Center Supervisor
4.1. University Graduate
4.2. Minimum 3 years Experience

5. Admin Assistant
5.1 Bachelor of Business Administration, English Literature or any related field
5.2 Fresh Graduate and up to 2 years' Experience

6. HR Officer
6.1 Bachelor of Business Administration, English Literature or any related field
6.2 Fresh Graduate and up to 3 years' Experience in Training & Development
