Job Title: QC Manager
Reporting to: Factory Manager
Reportees: QC Engineer + technicians
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Assure quality standards
• Inspect Row & Package Materials in accordance with company standards
• Inspect final products in accordance with standards
• Update all documents to be related to ISO
• Run quality defects analysis reports
• Maintain factory hygiene
2. Team management:
• Select Technicians
• Train the team and improve their ability to co-work
• Select and distribute targets to the team members
• Develop a job description for every team member
• Evaluate their performance

• Writing and Reporting
Qualifications:
• Bsc. Of Agriculture (Foods) or Bsc. Of Science (Chemical)
• Relevant QC experience - QC- Foods
• 5-8 years, with minimum 2 years in similar position
• MS Office package ( Excel, Word, Power point) + Internet user
• Very Good command of English language
