IT Sales Account Manager is needed for Leading Company located in 6October with the following criteria:
Job Responsibilities:
• Focus on developing relationships with new customers, as well as expanding existing ones to preserve the customer loyalty to the Company.
• Manages the territory and interfaces with decision-makers.
• Develops and executes the business plan targeting medium to strategic accounts.
• Analyzes customer needs to build solutions to our clients to provide them with business edge against their competitors.
• Interfaces with all internal departments to solve customer problems and to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiates contracts to ensure best outcome in favor of our company.
• Prepares proposals and ensure its quality to keep the company’s standards.
• Follows up with the project Management department to guarantee project proper delivery, customer satisfaction and money collection
Job Specifications:
•
• B.sc of Engineering (Communication/Computer).
• 3-5 years experience in the SAME Field is a MUST
• Horizontal knowledge of all the IT solutions (Data Center Hosting Services, communications, Hardware & Applications).
• Wide Sector coverage to increase the market share & the company’s profits.
• Presentable.
