We need candidates who has experience of working on Kerridge Autoline Dealer Management Software
Application Support (DMS Support)
We are seeking to recruit an Application Support Consultant with knowledge of DMS AutoLine .Overall Job Function Purpose to Support and maintain user’s
requirements in AutoLine DMS for all modules .
Skills
• Must have knowledge of AIX ver. 6.1 or UNIX Solaris 10
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Module, NL, PL, SL and AR
• Extensive knowledge of Aftersales Module SO, SM, SC, PC, WL
• Extensive knowledge of CRM module and its relation to all modules
• Extensive knowledge of script writing via CCM- Customer Care management module
• Extensive knowledge of Report Generator and to be able to write reports on various modules.
• Knowledge of VS, SR and DR modules and its functionality
• Knowledge of end of day reports and how to fix it.
