Develop and implement Human Resources Policies & Procedures
Prepare annual HR budget.
Facilitate performance management process
Advise line managers on interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Work with top management on leadership development; identify and develop skills and a management training needs, and ensure the implementation of training and development programs in line with the business objectives.
Develop and execute a hiring strategy. Responsible for actively filling all open positions on a timely basis
Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategy, which includes salary surveys, subsidiary salary structures, job levelling, offers, rewards systems, bonuses, medical plan etc..
manage payroll process
Develop, implement and oversee the proactive administration of employee relations services to create an effective and healthy work environment.

Strong problem solving skills
A post graduate study in HR is preferable
Minimum 5 years experience in the HR field, out of which 3 years in a senior managerial level.
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
English written and speaking.
