Develop strategies to attract and recruit candidate pool using a variety of tools and techniques. Participate in designing, building and implementing recruitment policies and procedures. Ensuring the effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs. Prepare Annual Manpower Plan with Department Heads. Ensure the vacant positions compliance and consistency with Organization Charts and Job Descriptions. Collect and review candidate CVs and assess their suitability for positions as per the Annual manpower plan. Assisting in establishing the recruitment database. Conduct interviews. Maintain up-to-date staffing reports and all related to staffing communications. Experience in participating in job fairs and handling the c.vs collected in order to support the candidates database. Develop good networking with various recruitment channels.
