Job Qualifications:

Job Description:
• Forecast, design, plan, commission and budget all items related to
installations of network and data center infrastructure and its related
equipment, power, transmission, and new POPS according
to developed standard
• Manage initial configuration and standard templates on network
infrastructure
• Manage and facilitate the relationship with the facility owner (i.e.
Telecom Egypt and Data Center property owner)
• Manage the process and access control that enable the creation,
modification, deleting workforce assignments
• Manage all human and logistics resources (i.e. technicians,
warehouse, transportation)
• Ensuring Data cabling is up to well known standards
• Ensure all process activities of Maintenance matches all agreed
SLA for all different types of services with ensuring a minimum MTTR
for active network components
• Ensuring all facilities infrastructure management and maintenance
for HVAC, Fire Suppression Systems and power equipment
• Develop training programs for installation resources
• Ensures adequate HVAC and fire suppressing systems for current
POP facilities and data centers
• Forecast, design, plan and budget the needs of Power facility (i.e.
Generators, UPS and inverters)
• Establishes vendor relationships and purchasing cycles
• Analyze targets and ensure resources match targets
• Manage all outsourcing vendors and ensure their deliverables
match the developed standards
• Establish test performance procedures of electromechanical assemblies
• Ensure availability of metalworking machines to fabricate housings,
jigs, fittings, and fixtures needed for installations
• Analyze BMS readings and ensure proper actions are taken for
each level of readings
• Collect all facility information and reporting it to various units
• Develop proper workflows to manage interaction between various units
