Location: Dokki , Giza ( Must be able to relocated anywhere inside Egypt)
Gender: Male
Education: B. Sc. Of Civil / Construction Engineering is a must
Experience: (5 – 10 ) Years of relevant experience
Job description:
- Manage the construction execution of the project in accordance with the contract requirements and maintaining the Company’s Quality and HSE systems on site within allocated time and budget to achieve maximum customer’s satisfaction.
- Monitor project’s schedules and reporting construction progress to customer and reporting bottlenecks.
- Ensure specifications and drawings are reviewed and clarified implementing corrective actions.
- Assign the needed resources for the project & overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.
- Prepare and ensures subcontractor payment certificates are reviewed and approved for payment.
- Report to Management in any changes in the projects, which may result to cost or time impacts on the company and establish a claim management strategy.
- Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives by direct and coordinate with them for effective execution and coordination on site.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
- Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Computer Skills:
- Very good Interfacing with the PC.
- Very good user of Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge & Skills :
- Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals, e.g. construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, architects, designers, other engineers, etc..
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure;
- Analytical, numeracy and logic skills;
- Ability to multi-task efficiently across multiple projects
- Strong communication, analytical, and inter-personal
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
